Older

The other day we were looking through Ethan's scrapbook and saw this picture. Cute little Ethan when he was 2 was wearing Mom's big shoes. But wait, those look oddly familiar. Oh yea, those are the shoes that Ethan pulled out of the garage this summer to use as his mowing the lawn shoes!!

They fit him now. Seriously.

He turned 11 about 8 weeks ago and he's big. Here he is cheering for his big red chair that he wanted for his room. I love this kid.

Abbey also had a birthday and she turned 10. She's so excited that she got the Disney Sing-it for the the Wii. Rock out baby.

She had a fun party with all her friends, we took them to see "Sorcerers Apprentice" at the movie theater.

This was really funny, the girls decided to dress themselves in the wrapping paper after the party. I love 10 year olds:)

Not to be left out, Ellie needed to get older too. She's been talking about turning 4 now for quite a while, to say she was excited is an understatement. She and I spent her B-day making this fun cake while the kids were at school. I think she loved it.

That night we took her to Build-A-Bear for her big surprise. She picked out a cute doggy and named it Sparkles. Here she is making a wish on the heart that she put in the dog. I l think she's wishing to stay little forever. Oh wait, that's my wish:)
I wish I had put a bow in her hair before we left because she looks a little scraggly, but still cute. Here she's giving Sparkles her first bath. Happy Birthday Ells, I really love ya times 4.

So that brings us to this little sweetie. Miss Miah is turning 8 on Monday!! She is sooo excited for her baptism and she will get her own special post after the big event.

How can it be that my kids are getting so old? Time is going by so fast, but these are the days that I treasure the most.
