Last week our ward had our Blue and Gold Banquet for Cub Scouts and Ethan got lots of awards! Even though he won't be 11 until August he has already completed his Webelos badge and his Arrow Light (I'm not sure what an arrow of light is but he was thrilled that his Webelos leader actually gave him an actual arrow as a memento.)
I unfortunately missed this important night of Ethan's life because I was in the ER with Ellie. She's fine, don't worry, but she fell really hard and hit her head so I wanted to be sure she didn't have a concussion. Anyway, I'm so proud of Ethan!
Last month he also participated in his last Pinewood Derby which was fun, but I got no pictures because I left my memory card in my laptop at home- duh. I still had to show you his awesome car though. It wasn't very fast but it had some sweet apps!

That is one of the most creative pinewood derby cars I have ever seen (it ranks right up there with the hot dog!) You guys look happy!
