Thanksgiving this year was so fabulous. We got back from our trip to Punta Cana just in time to pull off the big feast with the Hansens (my sister Wendy and her family from Alabama) and the Evans family who are good friends of ours here in Texas. I had so much fun cooking with my sister Wendy, it made my Thanksgiving experience so much more enjoyable to just laugh and talk with her as we prepared the food. Everything turned out so yummy, I was a little surprised that nothing was gross because I was trying a few new recipes and that's always a risk. We extended our dining room into the entry way so all of us could eat together and it turned out really great!

So I realize that I may be a bit behind on reading your blog, but I was laughing at the gloved up turkey cutting. Very sanitary! *and my bird was only moist because it was undercooked!*
