Abbey has an obsession with mud!

So we buried her in it!

Ellie was very brave in the water this year, it helped the the water temperature was soo warm that it was like being in the bath!

I love this face.  This is right after I caught her playing Little Mermaid singing "Part of your world!"

This is the great spot of beach that we found.  No we weren't staying in that amazing house but I was pretending that we were.

Miah's favorite part was finding little crabs, clams and anything other living creature.  Except the jellyfish that stung her, she didn't love that part.

I finally remembered to bring a kite to the beach this year, horray!  My kids have never really flown a kite like this with so much wind that you can barely hold it down.  (and you don't have to run down the street to keep it up!)  So fun.

Ellie was telling me what her favorite parts of the day were but more importantly, "can we go back to the hotel now?!"  Somehow the hotel room is more fun to her, less sand I guess.

And who's this handsome kid walking down the beach? Ethan got some pretty sweet boogie boarding in but I failed to get a good shot of him out on the water so this GQ of him will have to do. 

We all had such a great time, the weather was perfect, the seagulls didn't attack me (I hate seagulls), and I got to spend 4 amazing days with 4 amazing kids!  We missed Dallas so much and were sad that he couldn't come.  Maybe next time because there will definitely be a next time!  We love the beach!
